✳✳ 흑점제거를 위해 처음 코라텍스 사용하는 경우 (When using Cortex for black spot removal for the first time):

(실린더/스크류의 사용연한)/2 = 최초흑점제거를 위한 사용횟수 (예, 기계가 10년된 경우 = (10년/2) = 5회 청소 권장)
(Usage Life of Cylinder/Screw)/2 = Number of Uses for Initial Black Spot Removal (e.g., for a 10-year-old machine = (10 years/2) = 5 recommended cleanings)

사용법 (Instructions)

색상 변경 (Color Change) / 원료 교체 (Material Replacement) / 흑점 제거 (Black Spot Removal)

1. 혼합 (Mix):
★건조한 신재 / 분쇄품에 코라텍스 믹싱 (안 뭉치게 골고루)
★Mix Cortex with Dry Raw Material / Granules (Evenly without Clumps)

2. 온도 (Temp.):
작업온도보다 + 30도 ~ 50도↑(Increase temperature by +30 to +50 degrees above operating temperature)

(★호파 Zone은 동일온도★ 경화성있는 PET, PBT계열은 꼭 작업온도 동일) ===> 호파 꼭 닦기!
(★Hopper Zone temperature remains the same★ Ensure uniform temperature for PET, PBT types) ===> Make sure to clean the hopper!

3. 투입 (Input): 투입

4. 체류 (Waiting) 및 짜내기(Purging):
★★코라텍스를 혼합한 퍼징원료로 2회 퍼징후, 3회 때는 약 10분 체류한다.★★
★★After purging twice with mixed Cortex material, let it stand for about 10 minutes on the third purge.★★

그리고 다시 1회 퍼징후, 다시 10분간 더 체류한다.
Then purge once more, and let it stand for another 10 minutes.

체류가 마치면, 건조한 신재로 2회에서 4회내 퍼징후 온도를 원료 작업 온도로 내린후 생산작업을 개시한다.
Once the waiting is over, purge 2 to 4 times with dry raw material, then lower the temperature to the material's operating temperature, and start production.

향후 효과 (Future Effects):

원리 (Principle)

1. 색상교체, 원료교체를 코라텍스로 하게되면, 실린더 스크류 내부의 탄화물이 없어지면서 코팅되서 빨리 안정화된다 (6개월후 체크링 열어보면 깨끗)
1. When changing colors or materials with Cortex, the carbides inside the cylinder screw disappear and get coated, stabilizing quickly (Check ring will be clean after 6 months)

2. 코라텍스가 일정시간 체류하면서 흑접과 탄화물이 연성화가 이뤄지면서 사용할수록 체류시간, 교체시간이 단축되서 원료/전기료 절감
2. As Cortex stays for a certain period, black spots and carbides become rubberized, reducing residence time and replacement time, saving material/electricity costs.
